General Terms of Sale (CGV)
These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of online French and Polish language courses offered by Aleks’Trad. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Offered
Aleks’Trad provides personalized online language lessons in French and Polish for all levels. Course details, pricing, and schedules are available on the website.
2. Registration and Payment
To enroll, you must complete the registration process and pay the corresponding fees. Payments are accepted via secure online methods indicated on the website.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change but will never affect orders already confirmed and paid.
4. Trial Lesson
The trial lesson is offered at a special rate. It allows you to evaluate the teaching style and decide if the courses meet your needs.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- If you cancel within less than 24 hours or miss a lesson, the session will be considered as completed and non-refundable.
- Refunds for prepaid packages are handled case by case.
6. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. Aleks’Trad will do its best to accommodate your preferred times.
